Our History

DJ Bobby Dicken resides in Hudson, IL, just north of
Bloomington-Normal. Since 2001, Bobby has been building his business from a case of CD’s to well over 50,000 songs in his music library … from a CD player and a couple of small speakers to multiple professional sound systems.

X-Treme Light & Sound has grown into a full event services business. We now offer Elegant Uplighting, Pipe & Drape Backdrops, Custom Monograms, Audio/Visual Equipment, Atmospheric Effects, Photo Booth, Event Management, and so much more!
