Initial Contact
When you call X-Treme Light & Sound, you will speak personally with Bobby Dicken.
You will be asked the type of event, date and location.
You will be quoted a fee based on the services your event requires.
We will answer any questions you may have.
Free Preview
After the initial contact, you are invited to preview our equipment and light show free of charge. At
that time, we can discuss your event in depth and preview my music library.
Booking Your Event
If your date is available, we will put a temporary hold on the date for two weeks. A deposit is
required within those two weeks to secure the date.
Information Packet
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent the following:
Confirmation Letter
Invoice of Charges
Information Packet for Event Details
Driving Directions Form (if not local)
Final Meeting (required for weddings – optional for other events)
Once we have received your completed packet, we will contact you to schedule a final meeting to go
over details and finalize your event, typically one week before your event.
Day of Event
We plan to arrive approximately two hours in advance of your event to set-up and test our
equipment.
